5. Warranty Policy

6. Change of Mind Returns (7 Days Only)

  1. Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.
  2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Items must be received and inspected before any refund is approved.
  6. If the returned item is not in resellable condition, a refund may be refused or a partial refund may apply.
  7. Refunds will only be processed after inspection and confirmation that the item meets return conditions.

7. Faulty Items

  1. Faulty items must be reported and returned for inspection.
  2. Items must include all original parts and accessories where possible.
  3. If confirmed faulty, TK Store will provide repair, replacement, or refund.
  4. Damage caused by misuse is not covered under warranty.
