2. Product Information Policy

  2. We aim to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
  3. Minor errors or omissions may occur and are not intentional.
  4. TK Store reserves the right to update product details, specifications, or pricing without notice when necessary.

3. Payment Policy

  1. Payment methods are shown at checkout.
  2. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  3. Orders will only be processed after payment is received.
  4. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. TK Store does not store credit card details.
  5. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not completed.

4. Shipping Policy

  1. We ship via Australia Post or other reputable courier services.
  2. Delivery is available within Australia only unless otherwise stated.
  3. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  4. Delivery delays caused by couriers are outside our control.
  5. We will assist in tracking where possible.
  6. Combined shipping may be available depending on order timing.
  7. Pickup orders require immediate payment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty Policy

  1. All products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  2. Warranty covers manufacturing faults under normal use.
  3. Warranty does not cover:
    • Misuse or improper handling
    • Physical damage
    • Water/impact damage (unless rated)
    • Normal wear and tear
  4. Warranty claims must be returned for inspection before any resolution.
  5. If confirmed faulty, TK Store will offer replacementor refund at our discretion.

6. Change of Mind Returns (7 Days Only)

  1. Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.
  2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Items must be received and inspected before any refund is approved.
  6. If the returned item is not in resellable condition, a refund may be refused or a partial refund may apply.
  7. Refunds will only be processed after inspection and confirmation that the item meets return conditions.

7. Faulty Items

  1. Faulty items must be reported and returned for inspection.
  2. Items must include all original parts and accessories where possible.
  3. If confirmed faulty, TK Store will provide repair, replacement, or refund.
  4. Damage caused by misuse is not covered under warranty.

8. Privacy Policy

  1. TK Store respects customer privacy and protects personal information.
  2. We collect necessary details such as name, address, email, and phone number to process orders.
  3. Personal data is only used for order fulfilment and customer service purposes.
  4. We do not sell or share personal information with unrelated third parties.

MONTHLY $100 VOUCHER GIVEAWAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
The promoter is TK Store Pty Ltd, Australia ("TK Store", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian residents who place an eligible purchase during a promotion period. Employees of TK Store, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.

3. Promotion period
Each promotion period runs from 12:00 AM on the first day of a calendar month to 11:59 PM on the last day of that month (Australian Eastern time).

4. How to enter
(a) 1 eligible item purchased = 1 entry. Buying 3 eligible items gives 3 entries.
(b) Eligible purchases are orders placed on tkstoreau.com and orders arranged through participating TK Store pickup locations, including Facebook Marketplace orders collected from those locations.
(c) Delivery and shipping charges do not count towards entries.
(d) Refunded or cancelled orders are not eligible. Entries relating to refunded or cancelled orders will be removed.
(e) Entries are recorded against the mobile number or email address provided with the purchase. Where no contact details are provided, the purchase cannot be entered into the draw.
(f) No membership account or password is required to participate.

5. Prizes
Each monthly promotion period has a total prize pool of $100 in TK Store Vouchers, made up of:
• 1 × $20 TK Store Voucher
• 8 × $10 TK Store Vouchers
Prizes are TK Store vouchers. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Maximum prizes per customer
A customer may win a maximum of 2 vouchers in any single monthly draw. For this limit, a customer is identified by their mobile number or email address, and matching contact details are treated as the same customer. Once a customer has won 2 vouchers in a draw, their remaining entries are not eligible for further prizes in that draw.

7. Draw
The draw is conducted on the first business day following the end of the promotion period, at TK Store premises, using a random selection method. All eligible entries received during the promotion period have an equal chance of being selected.

8. Notification of winners
Winners are contacted within 7 days of the draw using the mobile number or email address recorded with their purchase. Vouchers are delivered digitally by email or SMS. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond, within 7 days of the draw, that winner forfeits the prize and a redraw will be conducted for the unclaimed prize.

9. Voucher conditions
Vouchers are digital; are valid for 90 days from the date of issue; may be used towards eligible TK Store purchases on our website or through participating pickup locations; are limited to one voucher per order; cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash; and cannot be used to purchase another voucher. Vouchers are subject to product availability.

10. Privacy
We collect your mobile number or email address to administer the promotion, record entries and notify winners. We do not use your details for marketing purposes without your separate consent. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Publicity
By entering, winners agree that we may publish limited information about them (for example, first name and last initial, or a partially masked mobile number or email address) on our website and Facebook page.

12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TK Store is not liable for technical failures, interrupted or lost entries, or for prizes that are not used before their expiry date. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Cancellation or variation
We may cancel, suspend or vary the promotion if the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond our reasonable control, by publishing a notice on our website.

14. Disputes
Our decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final, subject to any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
