9 WINNERS EVERY MONTH!

At TK Store, every eligible purchase gives you a chance to win a TK Store Voucher.

🛍️ How It Works
• Every eligible item purchased = 1 entry. Buy 3 items and you receive 3 entries.
• The more eligible items you purchase, the more entries you receive and the more chances you have to win.
• Eligible purchases include orders placed on tkstoreau.com and orders arranged through our participating pickup locations (including Facebook Marketplace orders collected from those locations).
• Delivery and shipping charges do not count towards entries.
• Refunded or cancelled orders are not eligible, and entries from those orders are removed.

📱 How We Record Your Entries
• For website orders we use the email address or mobile number attached to your order.
• For Facebook or pickup orders, please give our staff your mobile number or email address so we can record your entries. Purchases without contact details cannot be entered into the draw.
• No membership account or password is required.
• Your purchase information is used only to administer the giveaway, record entries and contact winners.

🎁 Monthly Prizes
Every month, we give away $100 worth of TK Store Vouchers:
🏆 1 × $20 TK Store Voucher
🎁 8 × $10 TK Store Vouchers
That's 9 winners every month!

⭐ Maximum 2 Prizes Per Customer
• Each customer can win a maximum of 2 vouchers during each monthly draw.
• For this limit, a customer is identified by their mobile number or email address. Matching contact details are treated as the same customer.
• If a customer has already won 2 vouchers in the same monthly draw, any remaining entries belonging to that customer are not eligible for additional prizes in that draw.

📅 Monthly Draw
• Each monthly promotion period runs from 12:00 AM on the first day of the month until 11:59 PM on the last day of the month.
• The draw is conducted on the first business day of the following month.
• Only entries from the relevant promotion period are included in that month's draw.

🎲 How Winners Are Selected
• Winners are selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the relevant monthly promotion period.
• Every eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. A customer with more entries has more chances of being selected.

🏆 How Winners Are Notified
• Each winner is contacted using the mobile number or email address provided when their purchase was recorded.
• Winners receive their TK Store Voucher digitally by email or SMS.
• If we are unable to contact a winner within 7 days, a redraw may be conducted in accordance with these terms.
